How to Create a New Case

Creating a new case is the starting point for every protocol in PraxPilot.

To Create a New Case:

  1. From your dashboard, click New Case.

  2. Complete the Case Intake form (see Article 4 for a full walkthrough).

  3. Click Generate Protocol when intake is complete.

Tips for Better Intake Quality

  • Be specific with symptom descriptions. Instead of "fatigue," try "persistent fatigue worse in the afternoon with poor sleep."

  • Include lab markers where available — even partial data helps.

  • Use the clinical notes field for anything that does not fit the structured fields. The system reads and interprets free text.

  • If you have consultation notes already written up, use the Import feature instead of retyping everything.
