What Happens When You Hit a Free Plan Limit

The Free plan includes a limited number of cases. When you reach the limit:

  • You will see a notification when approaching your case limit.

  • You can still access and edit all existing cases.

  • You will not be able to create new cases until you upgrade.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.

  2. Select the Solo or Teams plan.

  3. Enter your payment details and confirm.

Upgrading is instant — your new case limit takes effect immediately.
