What Happens When You Hit a Free Plan Limit
The Free plan includes a limited number of cases. When you reach the limit:
You will see a notification when approaching your case limit.
You can still access and edit all existing cases.
You will not be able to create new cases until you upgrade.
How to Upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing.
Select the Solo or Teams plan.
Enter your payment details and confirm.
Upgrading is instant — your new case limit takes effect immediately.
