Managing Active Seats

From Settings → Team, you can:

  • View all active team members

  • See each member's role

  • Remove a team member (their cases are retained)

  • Resend pending invitations

Seat Limits

The Teams plan includes a set number of seats. If you need to add more seats than your current plan includes, go to Settings → Billing to adjust your seat count.

Case Visibility

By default, each practitioner sees their own cases. Depending on your workspace settings, cases may be visible to all team members within the same organization. Contact support to configure case visibility for your team.
