Inviting Practitioners to Your Team

The Teams plan allows multiple practitioners to work within the same PraxPilot workspace.

To Invite a Team Member:

1. Go to Settings → Team.

2. Click Invite Practitioner.

3. Enter the practitioner's email address.

4. Assign a role (Owner or Practitioner).

5. Click Send Invite.

The invited practitioner will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your team.

Roles

Owner

• Full access to all cases, settings, and billing

• Can invite and remove team members

• Can manage team-wide branding and settings

Practitioner

• Can create and manage their own cases

• Can view shared cases (depending on workspace settings)

• Cannot access billing or team management
