How Long Does Personalization Take to Activate?
This is one of the most common questions from new PraxPilot users.
The Short Answer
You will see useful protocols from your very first case. Personalization effects typically become noticeable after several finalized cases, and continue to improve the more you use the platform.
What to Expect Stage by Stage
Cases 1–2: General Clinical Reasoning
Protocols are generated using PraxPilot's core Clinical Intelligence — functional medicine principles applied to your intake data. No personalization yet, but already a strong structured starting point.
Cases 3–5: Early Signals Detected
The system begins identifying patterns in how you edit. Personalization has not yet changed outputs noticeably, but learning is happening in the background.
Cases 5+: Personalization Becomes Visible
You may begin to notice that protocols feel more familiar — supplement suggestions, dosing, and structure start to reflect your clinical habits.
Ongoing: Continuous Refinement
Adaptive Personalization never stops learning. Every new case strengthens the system.
How to Speed It Up
Finalize protocols after editing (don't leave drafts incomplete)
Edit supplements and dosing to reflect your real preferences
Be consistent — the more consistent your editing behavior, the faster clear patterns emerge
