Creating Your Account

1. Go to the PraxPilot sign-up page and create your account using your email address.

2. Verify your email.

3. Log in to access your dashboard.

Setting Up Your Profile

After logging in, complete your practitioner Profile and Clinic Branding:

• Display name — how your name appears on exported protocols

• Clinic name — shown on branded PDFs

• Timezone — used for scheduling and follow-up reminders

• Branding — upload your clinic logo for PDF exports (paid plans)

Practice & ROI Settings

PraxPilot includes optional practice settings that help calculate your estimated time saved and revenue capacity unlocked. You can find these in your account settings.

Inviting Team Members

If you are on the Teams plan, you can invite additional practitioners from the Team section of your settings. See the Teams & Clinics category for full details.
