How PraxPilot Works

PraxPilot follows a simple, linear workflow designed to fit alongside how practitioners already work.

The Core Workflow

Step 1 — Create a Case

Enter patient information using the structured Case Intake form. This includes symptoms, clinical notes, lab markers, age, sex, and primary complaint. You can also import consultation notes or transcripts directly.

Step 2 — Generate a Protocol

Click Generate. PraxPilot's Clinical Intelligence system analyzes the case data and produces a structured draft protocol, organized into three treatment phases.

Step 3 — Review and Edit

Review the protocol. Adjust supplements, change dosages, modify diet and lifestyle recommendations, or restructure phases as needed. Everything is fully editable.

Step 4 — Finalize and Export

Finalize the protocol and export it as a branded, patient-ready PDF.

The Intelligence Behind It

As you use PraxPilot, it learns from your editing behavior and case history. Over time, protocols become increasingly aligned with how you practice — reducing the amount of editing required.

See the Clinical Intelligence category for a full explanation of how this works.
